While Modern Alpine is our signature design and lifestyle, when an opportunity emerged to create a subdivision compliant to a National Historic District’s rigorous requirements in one of Colorado’s most historic cities, we decided to make history.

Roworth Heights is a dynamic Carpenter Gothic inspired community located within the City of Central, Colorado USA. These homes pays homage to the City of Central’s unique 19th century mountain vernacular architecture, scale, and walkability, while establishing a new bar by seamlessly integrating historically inspired exteriors with contemporary, energy efficient interiors. This groundbreaking project is indisputably unique, the first of its kind in over a century.
